- Leading and developing a team to cater for international and local tastes
- Enforcing exceptional personal and food hygiene within the kitchen
- Ensuring that the kitchen operates efficiently and effectively
- Complying with policies on quality, quantity, food and hygiene
- Achieving defined food cost ratios
Conditions:
- The position offered is a full time position based on flexible working hours and reporting to the General Manager
Required Skills or Experience
- Professional qualification with at least 5 years experience in a similar position in an international standard hotel
